Friday, September 13

3:00 – 7:00 PM – Lemonade + beer + check-in

Come by to check in and hang out! 

*For those involved in the wedding party, a rehearsal will take place on Friday night from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Please see your wedding party schedule for details

7:45 PM – Welcome Toast

Saturday, September 14

7:00 AM – Coffee and Toast available for early risers

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Lawn games, hiking, Ruud v. Becker soccer tournament

12:30 – 1:30 PM – Lunch

1:30 – 3:30 PM – Beach
After 3:30 PM beach must be clear for wedding setup

4:15 PM – Childcare drop off

5:15 – 6:15 PM – Ceremony

Seating begins at 5 PM

6:15 PM – Celebration continues with champagne and music

7:30 – 9:30 PM – Dinner

Dancing continues until midnight. Be on the lookout for bonfires afterward!

Sunday, September 15

10:00 AM – Noon – Brunch

Claire + Jonas will be hanging out until 1:00 PM to say farewells. This is the last planned activity but feel free to hang around on your own!
